Product Features:
This product is suitable for the printing of glass, home improvement glass and metal products. With bright light, high gloss, fresh color, excellent adhesion, good resistance to alcohol and so on.
The process is as follows:
Equipment: 4m long infrared drying tunnel (including IR infrared lamp about 1.4kw * 20), 2m long UV curing equipment, which lamp power of about 7kw * 2) total power of about 42kw.
Bake temperature control: 100-150 ℃
Curing rate: 6-8 m / min
Number of printing mesh: 300 mesh
Use the operation flow:
① pre-press ink: UVX mobile phone touch screen black ink + 2% water-resistant enhancer, stir evenly.
② 300 mesh printing → into the infrared drying end → into the UV curing equipment, one end → printing products → detection → packaging.
Precautions:
1. After adding water-resistant enhancer ink as far as possible within 48 hours of use, or may be part of the gel.
2. According to different weather conditions, adjust the appropriate viscosity can be used with our company with UVZ-1 # thinner.
