Instructions for use:
Screen: 250-420 mesh polyester screen printing plate
Scraping: It is recommended to use 65-85 degree polyurethane plastic scraping
Reference amount: 350 mesh screen printing is about 40 ㎡ / ㎏
Dry: natural evaporation dry (dry for 20 minutes, dry for more than 120 minutes) or 100 ℃ below the hot air drying
Selection of solvent: 719 quick-drying water, 718 slow dry water, 783 slow dry water, A06 special slow dry solvent dilution, with 202 senior dry
Adjust the drying speed. Due to the printing environment temperature, ventilation and printing pattern size of the appropriate choice
Screen cleaning: the choice of organic solvent cleaning (such as: washing water)
Precautions:
1. When using this product for printing, please note that the alcohol resistance of the printed matter may differ depending on the substrate, and grease and other solvents must be tested before use.
2. The series of ink on the PS or some poor solvent resistance of the foam material will produce corrosion caused by substrate cracking or wrinkling, then you can use our company's SF series of products for printing.
3. Please use the series of ink printing gold, silver, please use my company SH-100 varnish gold, silver powder for deployment, the deployment of good gold, silver oil in the short term run out.
