Instructions for use:
Screen: 200-350 mesh polyester screen printing plate
Scraping: It is recommended to use 65-85 degree polyurethane plastic scraping
Reference amount: 300 mesh screen printing is about 35 ㎡ / ㎏
Dry: natural dry and dry (dry for 20 minutes, dry for more than 24 hours) or 60 ℃ -80 ℃ baking 20-30min
Selection of solvent: 719 quick-drying water, 718 dry water, 783 slow dry water, due to printing ambient temperature, ventilation and printing pattern size

Precautions:
1. When using this product for printing, due to PP, PE material surface tension is large, please make the test before printing. For the PE material, there may be poor adhesion phenomenon, then you can add 2% -5% of the PP adhesion promoter for printing test, depending on the effect.
2. For the smaller surface tension of the material, you can first use PP treatment of water or flame treatment of the substrate after the printing, which can improve the adhesion of ink.
3. The ink is a slow reaction of fixed-type ink, test adhesion must be printed more than 24 hours after the test.
Product packaging: 1 kg loaded, 5 kg loaded
Storage conditions: 0 ℃ -35 ℃ conditions for 36 months, to avoid strong light exposure, anti-contact strong acid, alkali.
