Instructions for use:
Screen: 200-420 mesh polyester screen printing plate
Scraping: It is recommended to use 65-85 degree polyurethane plastic scraping
Reference amount: 350 mesh screen printing is about 40 ㎡ / ㎏
Dry: natural evaporation dry (dry for 20 minutes, dry for more than 120 minutes) or 100 ℃ below the hot air drying
Selection of solvent: 719 quick-drying water, 718 slow dry water, 783 slow dry water, A06 special slow dry solvent dilution, 202 senior dry,
Adjust the drying speed. Due to the printing environment temperature, ventilation and printing pattern size of the appropriate choice
Screen cleaning: the choice of organic solvent cleaning (such as: washing water)
Precautions:
1. When using this product for printing, you must choose SF special open water for oil, if the solvent contains benzene or ketone solvents, may lead to burning surface.
2. Because of the poor solvent resistance of PS material, and there is a big difference. So, sometimes choose the system ink printing may also cause burning surface, before mass production, please make a rigorous test.
3. After printing usually use cold air dry, if the use of hot air drying, please pay attention to the surface of the corrosion phenomenon.
4. Diluent included in the ink inside 10% -15%, according to the actual printing viscosity can be adjusted.
Product packaging: 1 kg loaded, 5 kg loaded, 20 kg loaded
Storage conditions: 5 ℃ -35 ℃ conditions for two years, to avoid strong light exposure, anti-contact strong acid, alkali.
